Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) Medical Check Up

Yes, the medical examination is required by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to ensure that LTVP applicants are in good health and do not pose a risk to public health in Singapore.

All applicants for the LTVP in Singapore, including spouses, step-children, and handicapped children of Employment Pass or S Pass holders, are required to undergo a medical examination.

The medical check-up typically includes a medical examination, HIV blood test and Chest X-ray.

The LTVP medical check up takes an estimated 30 to 45 minutes during our clinic non peak hours.

You will need to bring the following documents with you on the day of the check-up:

1. FIN card or In-Principle Approval Form
2. Medical Form
3. Our clinic payment methods: NETS, VISA/MASTER Card, GrabPay, SGQR

Upon obtaining in-principle approval for your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application, you can verify the application status and obtain the Terms and Conditions for LTVP issuance, along with the medical report form (if applicable for a medical check-up). It is imperative that the applicant submits the completed forms within 30 days from the date of receiving in-principle approval; otherwise, the application will be considered as withdrawn.

It is preferred that you make an appointment so that we can serve you promptly. You may also choose to walk-in but it may be subject to waiting time.

Medical examinations requiring Chest X-ray are by appointment only.

Yes, we can prepare a hard copy of the results with our clinic stamp on request at no extra charge.

We can complete the examination and have you visit our other Minmed clinics with x-ray facilities located at Orchard, Changi Airport and Jurong at the specified fee inclusive of chest x-ray.

Alternatively, you can opt to complete the medical examination at that clinic and be referred to a x-ray center nearby. You will then pay the medical examination fee (without chest x-ray) at Nofrills clinic, and pay separately the x-ray charge at the outsourced center. You will then be requested to return to the Minmed clinic with the x-ray results so that we can complete the endorsement of the medical examination form.
