Your Telehealth Journey
Triage
During your visit to the Emergency Department, our nurses will evaluate your condition and recommend SWIFT Care if it is suitable for your needs.
Teleconsultation
Securely consult with Nofrills doctors through a video link in our booth, and receive a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Medication and Payment
Pay a flat fee and receive your medication within 3 hours at your home.

Prices inclusive of GST.
9:00am – 8:59pm -> $54.50
9:00pm – 8:59am -> $87.20
Consultation fees cover acute medications for up to 1 week and courier delivery. Chronic medication will be charged separately.

What happens if I need to see a specialist after my SWIFT Care Clinic visit?
If a specialist review is required, a referral letter will be given to you for a SGH Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointment. Please contact SGH call center to make an appointment.
What if my condition requires an in-person examination?
Nofrills doctor will assess your condition during the video consultation. If an in-person examination is necessary, they will advise you on the best course of action, which may include a referral to the Emergency Department.
How long does a typical teleconsultation last?
Do I need to do anything before my SWIFT Care Clinic appointment?
No pre-appointment steps are necessary! Simply head to SWIFT Care Clinic to register for your teleconsultation with a Nofrills doctor. There will be Nofrills staff at the clinic to assist you with the process if needed.
While not mandatory, downloading the Nofrills Connect App and creating an account can significantly improve your experience.
