What services does your 24-hour medical clinic offer?
Our clinic offers a wide range of medical services, including urgent care, primary care, diagnostic testing, and treatment for a variety of conditions. We have a team of experienced doctors and nurses who are dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.
Do I need to make an appointment to be seen at your clinic?
How long will I have to wait to be seen by a doctor?
We strive to provide prompt care to our patients, and our wait times are typically much shorter than those at a hospital emergency room. However, wait times can vary depending on the number of patients in the clinic at any given time.
What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please bring a valid NRIC and corporate identification card (if any). If you are a new patient, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Can you treat children at your clinic?
Yes, we offer paediatric care for children of all ages. Our team of doctors and nurses are experienced in treating a wide range of paediatric conditions and illnesses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our available modes of payment are: NETS, VISA/MASTER Card, GrabPay, SGQR. We do not accept cash.
